I’m just a big kid, really.

I love bright colours, clever puns, and quirky characters! I have a whacky imagination and draw inspiration from my own fun childhood - and now, too, as I get to play all over again with my little daughter.

A graphic designer by trade, I have spent the last 14 years supercharging Australian businesses with bold and brave brands through my award-winning Melbourne based studio, Ideas Ministry. I thrive on new challenges in commercial illustration, infographics, and brand development. Nothing beats seeing a concept through to finished work that my clients are proud to show off.

Since becoming a mum, I’ve also explored other creative avenues and can now add mural painting and book illustration to my skillset. Currently I’m building some Natalie Birch merch so look out for my shop, coming soon!

I work best with people and brands who are young at heart. If you’re fun, brave, adventurous and playful, then I’m sure we’ll click!

When I’m not deep in my work, you might find me camping, exploring markets, indulging in theatre, or learning the drums!
